How Laundry Pickup and Delivery Works (and How to Get Started)
Never used a laundry pickup service before? It’s simpler than most people expect. Here’s exactly how it works, start to finish.
Step 1: Request a pickup
Reach out with your city and how many bags you have. You can request a free quote online or call. We’ll confirm a pickup time — usually the day before, or within a couple of hours for same-day requests.
Step 2: Fill your bag
Load a standard 13-gallon bag with your laundry. No sorting required — we handle lights, darks, and everything in between. If you have delicate fabrics or items you’d like hung to dry, just tell us when you book.
Step 3: Leave it on the porch
Tie your bag and set it out. Pickup is contactless — you don’t need to be home. We grab it and take it from there.
Step 4: We wash, dry, and fold
Your laundry is washed, dried, and folded or hung to your preferences, then packed neatly so it’s easy to put away.
Step 5: Delivered back to your door
Most orders come back the next day, delivered right to your front door. That’s it — no laundromat, no lost weekend.
Tips for a smooth first order
- Keep bags tied and under about 18 pounds so everything washes and dries properly.
- Check your pockets — we’re not responsible for items left in them.
- Flag anything delicate or hang-dry in advance.
- Consider a recurring weekly or every-other-week pickup so it’s handled automatically.
